I’d say that I am my brothers biggest fan on this planet. He embodies the concept of “Balance” is his life, balancing family, business and health. This podcast, with our friend Joe Desena, shows the many dimensions of the “Animal” Ricardo Migliarese. My brother has a range of animal qualities. He can be a teddy bear when he plays with the children in Kids class and a tiger when he rolls with our group of UFC fighters.
